Act I · The Breakdown

A motor stops.

And somewhere in Whatcom County, a whole production line stops with it. A pump, a compressor, a conveyor, whatever it was turning, it is not turning now.

Act I · The Breakdown

It never picks a good time.

Burned windings. A bearing gone rough. A shaft worn out of true. Motors fail mid-shift, mid-run, mid-everything. The question is how fast it gets back.

Act II · The Shop

Bring it to C Street.

At 1030 C Street, the motor comes apart on the bench and gets measured, tested, and given a straight answer: repair it, rewind it, or replace it. Then the work starts.

Motor Repair

AC and DC motors torn down, tested, and rebuilt. Bearings, seals, shafts and all, so what comes back is a motor you can trust under load.

The Work · 02 / 04

Rewinding

Burned-out windings stripped and replaced with fresh copper, coil by coil, seated and laced by hand, then insulated and baked.

The Work · 03 / 04

Machine Shop

Worn shafts, housings, and fits machined back to spec on the lathe and mill, so the rebuild goes together true and stays that way.

The Work · 04 / 04

Industrial Electrical

Panels, controls, and plant wiring. Installed neat, labeled right, and traced fast when something faults at the worst possible hour.

Downtime is the expensive part of a breakdown. The repair is not.
